StarConnect Inc. collects the information needed to respond to inquiries. This page explains how we handle information submitted through the contact form on stcn.io.
Information we collect and why
The contact form requires your name, email address, inquiry topic, and message. Your organization and attachments are optional. We use this information to reply and continue the conversation. We may also process your IP address and submission time for security and spam prevention.
Retention
We keep inquiries for one year after the response and any follow-up are complete, then delete them. If applicable law requires longer retention, we keep the relevant information for that period.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell inquiry information or share it for unrelated purposes. We use web hosting and email delivery services to receive inquiries and send replies. Their providers may process information needed to deliver and store those messages.
Deletion and security
When the retention period ends, we delete electronic files in a way designed to prevent recovery. Access is limited to people responsible for handling inquiries, and data is protected in transit.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or a restriction on the processing of your information. Email privacy@stcn.io. We also respond to requests from legal representatives after verification.
Automatically collected information
Routine access logs may be generated when you use this site. If spam protection is enabled on the contact form, its provider may process connection information.
